Thomas J. Ruthemeyer

Chief Financial Officer

With more than thirty-five years of senior financial management experience, Thomas Ruthemeyer is responsible for managing all of ClearView Technologies' financial functions including domestic and international finance and accounting; treasury; tax; investor relations and legal information as it pertains to financial matters.

Mr. Ruthemeyer served as the Senior Vice President and CFO at Mercy Health Partners in Cincinnati, OH where he worked closely with the President and CEO where the operating profit doubled over a three year period. During this period of time annual gross revenue was recorded in excess of $800 million. While continuing to hold positions at Mercy Hospital Clermont and Mercy Hospital Anderson he also was appointed Vice President of Finance reporting directly to the CEO.

Prior to his position at Mercy Health Partners, Mr. Ruthemeyer worked as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasure at Mercy Hospital Clermont. As the business manger he was responsible for starting up a new hospital finance department with the departments of material management, human resources and information services reporting directly to him.

In the year 2001 Mr. Ruthemeyer turned his attentions to entrepreneurism and teaching finance, accounting and management at Xavier University. He has also been instrumental in founding a for profit partnership working to improve interoperability of healthcare information technology systems.

He received his M.B.A in Management from Xavier University and his BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
