Paul (Chip) Carstens Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Chip Carstens oversees ClearView Technologies sales efforts across all the company's key vertical markets. His responsibilities include both direct and indirect sales, worldwide field support, field strategy and planning, and sales operations. Chip brings to ClearView Technologies over 20 years of sales management experience. Prior to joining ClearView Technologies, Mr. Carstens has been very driven entrepreneur having founded Industrial Fastener Supply LLC and Cutting Edge M.T.P, Inc. Both of these industrial sales companies supplied mission-critical parts and service to over twenty-five industries. Mr. Carstens was responsible for all aspects of developing the right product mix for these organizations, recruiting, hiring and the development of compensation plans as well as the development of business partner channels. Prior to that Mr. Carstens was with the Campbell Soup Company for seven years where he was a key account executive responsible for the development of strategic key accounts for the organization. Chip received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. |
